SMALL, VERY VERY SMALL
Tatsuya Tanaka is a Japanese artist, designer, art director and miniature photographer. His use of macro photography turns everyday scenes into miniature dioramas. He started a project titled Miniature Calendar in April 2011, creating one scene per day. And he has been doing it everyday… since today.
He has been collecting the creative images into an everyday calendar that you can follow on Facebook (35K!), Instagram (242K!), Twitter (88K!) or his website. Most involve foods and everyday objects that most of us wouldn’t even give a second glance!
Tanaka’s mission is simple: “It would be great if you could use it to add a little enjoyment to your everyday life.”
Once you enter to his website, you will discover that every object in your house can be used to create incredible little worlds.
